1. I love living close to my Mom

5. I have been sick a whole week today

Slacker

I am currently the #1 blogging slacker. No Birthday party pics yet, no Christmas pics yet...and p.s. Valentines is on Saturday.
What a bad Blogger I am.
I promise I will work hard at getting all the things I want on here up in the next week. I am trying to get over a stupid cold/flu that has been plauging our family for the past week, and maybe doing this will help keep my mind off the fact that I haven't left my house since tuesday last....Maybe.

Trip to Vegas

In October, our family got to take a trip to Vegas to be at Nick's Cousin's Homecoming! It was an awesome trip for us, and we loved showing Abe our old home!

We got there late on friday night, and had fun visiting with The Tobler's.

Saturday we had a ton of fun! We started out thrift store shopping, one of our favorite things to do in Vegas. Nick didn't find anything good for him ,but I hit gold with two awesome shirts for $1 each!! It was so much fun!!

Then we ate lunch at The Wing Stop...Super Good! I would totally recommend it, even if you don't love wings...they let you pick your own seasoning, so they don't have to be bbq wings...yummy! Then we decided to show Abe our favorite place to relax! So we took him to the airport, and watched the planes take off, and land. He wasn't too interested in the planes...

But he loved the fence!!
After that we decided to head over to the miracle mile shops at Planet Hollywood, it used to be The Aladdin's dessert passage, and was our favorite...it still is our favorite! WE met a ton of people who LOVED Abe. This little girl couldn't quit hugging and kissing him! She kept saying, "Cute baby, I love you Baby!" So we took her picture. It's amazing how many people you meet, when you have a cute kid with you, no one can pass by without telling you how adorable your son is.

We rapped up our night at the Cheesecake Factory at Ceasar's Palace. We even watched the show about the lost city of Atlantis, and Abe didn't mind!

Sunday we got up and went to the homecoming...It was fantastic! Thanks Jake!
Afterwards, we snuck out and went to our old ward, and visited with all of my Young Women, who are so grown up!
We went back to the Toblers for some yummy food, and more visiting!
We sure do love those Toblers!
